At the Beginning…

My heart was overjoyed from your birthday well-wishes. I realized that the best feeling in this world really is the feeling of love. Being surrounded by people who love you and who in return are ready to receive your love makes this life worth living.
I have a lot of things I want to talk about, the only question is who wants to listen? Everything I have to say goes against the general mainstream thinking of our society. People like me are classified as unique and different by nice standards and weird by not so nice standards. Why is that? Mainly because I don’t eat what the goverment tells me to eat, I don’t take the drugs that are advertised and I don’t believe the propaganda that is being fed on the TV everyday. I practice my own thinking based on my own research and I believe only things I research very well or try on my own. You can say I practice tantra in my everyday live. Tantra means experiencing things which can lead to transformation in your way of thinking.
My son created this website so I can express my views. I think everybody around me is tired of getting unsolicited advice for their problems which is rather unorthodox. I don’t try to change the world. I only want to feel good physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe if you can achieve a balance of these three, you will attain happiness in your life. Is it easy? Not by any means. It requires willpower, discipline and an open mind. Does it work? Absolutely. The rewards can be so amazing that after you experience them you will not look back.
This website will be dedicated for people who are on the journey to better life as a whole. It takes only one step at a time to make a small change that will positively affect your body, mind or spirit and you will be on your way. You don’t have to accept everything I say. Whatever I say will be only my opinions or things I have tried with good and sometimes bad results.
I will appreciate the opportunity to share my experiences with you and even more your comments and insights.

The love surrounding you is well deserved. The entire world is waiting for your incite. No one ever made a difference following the crowd. People that make a difference and actually change things deviate from the norm, which is why I know this site will become an authority.
